Seriously, I'm in so much pain it's ridiculous! Normally when I do some kind of new workout, it takes 24 hours to start feeling sore. By 1pm yesterday I knew I was in trouble...the advil IV drip started immediately! It was totally worth it. I know it will just take a while for my body to adjust! Have a fantatic week!
